How soon can we meet?
Within 2-3 days of you making initial contact with us to arrange a free, no obligation meeting. Sooner than that if there's an immediate problem.
Where would you meet me/us?
Generally in your place of business or if you wish, at a location of your choosing.
I see your office is in Bray Co. Wicklow- my business isn't near there -is that a problem ?
No problem - we have 2 other bases just outside Dublin .However, once we have you set up and our systems installed , distance will not be a barrier for the simple reason that ever evolving technology such as e-mail, Skype, Dropbox etc dictates that there are NO boundaries anymore that can't be overcome. In fact we have quite exciting plans to further enhance our business processes through the use of technology to YOUR benefit .
Is this service totally private/confidential?
Absolutely-no details of your business will ever be discussed or divulged to anyone without your express permission and/or your prior knowledge
What about my Accountant?
Your relationship with your accountant is not affected. We are not interested in disrupting or adversely affecting your relationship with ANY existing advisors- on the contrary we would be very interested in working WITH them to improve your business .You will have the added benefit of having up-to-date records for your year end audit saving them time and you money.
Do you carry out the services in our business premises?
We can work on site in certain warranted situations but generally we work off site.Working off-site - we would collect hard copies of Sales/Purchase invoices, payroll and all relevant information on a fortnightly/monthly basis in order to update your records. Generally, this would work out more cost effective for you. If necessary, we could organise remote access to the server/computer where your accounting records are presently stored but this is something we can discuss.
How does the process work?
Completely systemised thereby streamlining ALL of your activities
Each of our 4 packages have three simple key features :
1) we give you a simple excel spread-sheet file to record certain transactions together with a set of basic procedures- training provided
2) we COLLECT -at agreed intervals-all of your business documentation (invoices inwards and out; bank stats etc )
3) we process such documentation ,produce and deliver management accounts and meet to review.
The main difference between the packages is the amount of documentation you have to process and the frequency at which you require management
accounts, key business figures snapshots and Revenue returns produced for the smooth and efficient running of your business.
Also we can of course produce a weekly or monthly Payroll for you and your employees as a dual package..
How long are contracts generally for ?
There is no set timeframe or contract as such - just an agreement- we require 6 weeks notice in advance of termination of normal accounts management or payroll services. Payment and terms for specialised projects or services are agreed prior to commencement. Simple but tailored for you..
How much does it cost?
See our 4 described packages.We ONLY invoice for what we agree at the outset except where you request additional services as your business expands. Our packages are THE most cost-efficient in the marketplace. Also, we are confident that with our processes installed we will SAVE you substantial moneys thereby making our fees self financing i.e we will save you MORE than our fees and you will have a better business to boot !
Once we have met for an initial free, no obligation meeting , we will provide you with:
* a tailor made package to specifically suit your business and industry requirements
* an EXACT detail of all costs involved - this will typically consist of :
1) an initial upfront payment (no more than 400 euro and in some cases substantially less) to cover set-up and staff training on simple procedures
2) an all-inclusive fixed monthly fee OR specific project fee (with no hidden extras)
We have customised 4 packages which are simple,transparent yet adaptable to ALL businesses starting from as little as 100 euro p.m
Having discussed all the options at our initial meeting it will be SOLELY up to you to decide if you want to move it to the next stage
